Hello! I am molecular biologist
My goal is to understand the role of epigenetic mechanisms in the emergence of adaptive phenotypes and the evolution of cellular systems. My current research project investigates how epigenetic changes influence the development of cancer metastasis
I work at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute, University of Cambridge, where I remain based in the laboratory of my late postdoctoral advisor, Professor Greg Hannon, who passed away in April 2026. I am hosted by Prof. Jason Carroll.
I did my PhD with Professor Robin Allshire at the Wellcome Centre for Cell Biology, University of Edinburgh
